Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Verbal. They cover what the app does, what it costs, and who is responsible for what.
If anything here is unclear, email gio.giorgigiorgadze20@gmail.com before you subscribe.
What Verbal is
Verbal turns a spoken description of a job into a written, priced quote. You describe the work, the app transcribes it on your device, and a language model turns that text into a structured quote you can edit and send.
The quote is your document, not ours. You decide what goes on it, what it says, and what you charge. Verbal helps you write it faster; it does not decide your prices, check your figures, or advise you on the work.
Using the app
You need to be at least 16 and able to enter a contract where you live.
You agree to use Verbal for quoting your own work, and not to:
- resell or redistribute the app or its output as a service of your own
- attempt to bypass the free-tier limits or any other restriction
- upload anything you have no right to use, including logos you do not own
- use it to produce anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent
You are responsible for what you say into it and what you send out of it.
Free tier and subscription
Free. Without a subscription you can create two quotes per day. Quotes you have already made stay yours: you can read, edit, share and delete them whenever you like, subscription or not. The limit is on making new ones.
Verbal Pro costs $19 per month and removes the daily limit.
Subscriptions are sold through your Apple ID:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you buy.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue them. Request one through Apple's support.
If we change the price or what a subscription includes, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel.
Your content
Everything you put into Verbal — transcripts, quotes, rate cards, customer details, your logo — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the app for you: to store your content, and to send the transcript text to our AI provider so a quote can be generated. What we collect and where it goes is set out in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. If you set a logo, you confirm it is yours to use.
What the AI produces, and what it doesn't
The quote is generated by a language model from what you said. It can get things wrong. It can mishear a number, miss an item, or misread an instruction.
Check every quote before you send it. The prices, quantities and totals on a quote you send are yours — you are the one making the offer to your customer, and you are bound by it.
Verbal is deliberately built not to invent prices: an item with no price you spoke and no match in your rate card is flagged rather than guessed. That is a safeguard, not a guarantee. It does not make the rest of the quote correct, and it does not remove your obligation to read what you are about to send.
Verbal is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. The tax rate applied to your quotes is the one you set.
Availability
We aim to keep Verbal working, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. It depends on services we do not control — Apple, Google, Supabase, OpenAI — and any of them can fail.
The app is built to keep working offline for reading your existing quotes. Creating a new one needs a connection.
Ending it
You can stop using Verbal at any time, and delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your quotes, rate card, transcripts and business details. Cancel your subscription separately through Apple, or it will keep renewing.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we have to stop operating the service. If we shut Verbal down, we will give you reasonable notice and time to get your quotes out, and we will not charge you for a period you cannot use.
Liability
Verbal is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost work, or a job priced wrongly on a quote you sent.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app's release notes. Continuing to use Verbal after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law.
